Frequently asked questions
A comic file won’t open.
CBZ, CBR, CB7, image ZIPs, PDF, and TIFF are supported. Password-protected RAR files and multi-part split archives cannot be opened. If some other file won’t open, email us its format and the device you’re using.
I want to read comics right to left.
Pick the reading direction — left-to-right or right-to-left — from the viewer toolbar. Single- and two-page spreads, fill-the-screen, and sharpening are in the same menu, and each setting is saved per file.
I want to restore my purchases.
Open the purchase screen from the app’s settings and choose “Restore Purchases”. You need to be signed in with the Apple Account you used for the original purchase.
Where are my documents and reading history stored?
On your device by default. If you turn on iCloud sync, the supported data is synced through your own iCloud storage.
